Digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, PPC, SEO)
Content creation and copywriting
Website design and development
Marketing consulting services
3. Non-Refundable Services
Some services or fees are non-refundable:
a. One-time setup or onboarding fees
c. Paid advertising spend (ad budgets paid to third-party platforms)
d. Custom work that has been delivered (e.g., content, designs, research carried out etc.)
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
a. Services not delivered as outlined in the signed agreement
b. Missed deadlines due to agency error
c. Failure to achieve agreed-upon deliverables (excluding results like traffic or conversions, which cannot be guaranteed)
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

b. Provide documentation of the issue (e.g., missed deadlines, incomplete work).
c. Our team will review the request and respond within 14 business days.
d. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 21 business days.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if part of the service was delivered successfully, or if the client decides to cancel ongoing services early. The amount will be prorated based on work completed.
7. Cancellations
IClients may cancel services at any time, as stated in contract signed. Refunds for ongoing services are subject to a prorated calculation based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
8. Exceptions
Certain exceptions may apply at the discretion of Urban Brand Creatives, including goodwill adjustments for special cases.
